The Japanese in Honolulu!
We have to take the hats off to the Japanese. They are the backbone of Honolulu. Between visitors and workers I would say that they make 80% ou more of the population. I took this picture while I was waiting for the geen light to cross the Kalakaua Avenue. Who could support Tiffanys, Harry Winston, Cartiers and all the famous boutiques of Madison Avenue in New York City, Faubourg Saint Honore in Paris and Via dei Condotti in Rome, all concentrated in the capital of Hawaii?
